‘A Company of Singers’ is a gathering of people who love to sing, who wish to join voices and make music. 

• Ten monthly rehearsals from September to June

• Two performances per year in the locality – in January and June

• Membership is just £10 per month for ten months of the year

• Immediate eligibility to take part in any additional workshops, master classes or learning days given by other visiting professional tutors

Project One - Debut Concert

CoS will be presenting their first concert in January 2010. Rehearsals begin mid-September on a diverse programme of music, a jamboree of solos, duets and ensembles representative of Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern repertoire.

Thinking of joining?

The whole point is that CoS should be fun BUT always with a view to producing music as professionally as possible with plenty of preparation away from rehearsal so that no note-bashing is required. Repertoire will be varied, you can expect to sing anything from Bach to The Beatles!
